Original Green Scorecard

This tool is a green rating system meant to be a counterpoint to LEED. Whereas the LEED rating systems are slow, complicated, and expensive, the Scorecard will be fast, friendly, and free. Andrés Duany has called this approach “LEED Brown.”

  1. I’ve done a fair amount of work on it in fits and starts, but this is one that I’ll probably need to find some funding to finish, as it’s probably 2-3 months of work. Because it’s really lean, it’ll be far easier than the job of putting together LEED-NC version 1, but it’s certainly not a weekend project.
